Refund Policy


Due to the fact that products are manufactured based on your order, unfortunately we cannot take returns.

Replacement (if applicable)

We only replace with similar items if the product reached you in damaged condition during shipping.  Replacement request for such damaged product should be made within 24 hours of receiving the product by sending us an email at with details of damage and photographs of damage.

Refunds (if applicable)

We only refund if the products are defective or damaged during shipping, should you choose refund over exchange. Once we receive and inspect the product, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund based on the evaluation.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 working days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially credited.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is credited.

While we will make immediate arrangements for a replacement product as an exchange, depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

Considering the nature of product, you should use a trackable shipping service with shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
